Dan3, RE: Last time, Intel shot itself in the leg, with its Rambus decision resulting in AMD going from 5% of the market to 22.5% of the market. Maybe this time it will succeed in pulling off a head shot, letting AMD move into the lead as the No. 1 chipmaker.


It is probably important to remember that accidental shots to the leg happen. Accidental shots to the head do not.

While Intel has indeed made a few mistakes, I don't think that they've been intentional.
