Good To see you here Dipy.

If I did not know you better I would have said you were a heavy shorter of JDSU. But I know that You do not short stocks.

Anyway, I respectfuly strongly disagree with your perception of JDSU.

I remember back in mid 80's the same thing as what you are stating was being said about Qualcomm (and at the time QCOM had run into some really difficult time - worse than what JDSU is facing now)...

JDSU may have run into a bit of a blip here (ok a lot of blips), but that does not mean it is going to go bankrupt (at last I hope not for which I have quite a few shares of this company. Have been buying since $22/shr, with the latest batch bought at $8.77 just a couple of days before their earnings announcement! This stock reminds me a bit of LSI when I first started buying it back in 1995 then watching it go down by 70% and averaging down, and then going up by 680%+ from my average share price of around $13.5 only 15 months ago -- which of course as you know I did not sell and just watched it!!

Of course I now have learned neither JDSU, nor LSI nor any tech stock should be kept for long term! 150%-200% gain and one must cut its greed and run, or else one will feel the pain and a sense of being a genuine fool!

Regards,
