Geeze! Of course it isn't bullish...I'm simply saying do NOT make a big case out of plunging lease rates as you call them, the MORNING AFTER OTC-LME bullion desk options expiry. It is a nothing signal. Do yourself a favor and go grab your charts or excel file or wherever you keep your data, and mark with either an up arrow or a down arrow what happens to lease rates the DAY AFTER this predictable end of month expiry event.

Can/will you do that, George.

As far as INVESTING accordingly...I do not rely upon lease rates for anything more than a harbinger of VERY VERY SHORT TERM Change of Direction/POG trends.

My "investment decisions"--MOST ESPECIALLY IN THIS SECTOR, are much more broadly based decisions.
So, while there is nothing wrong with being nimble and watching lease rates, in point of fact it [the close watching of this indicator] is an admirable discipline, LEASE RATE MONITORING is just one harbinger type indicator...nothing more and nothing less.

So, back atcha...INVEST accordingly, not "trade" accordingly...there's a world of dif.
