The client I am working for is using Genesys' software. The developers tell me that "it's OK" but competition is worse. I know the story behind the company and I believe that it has the potential (at least as far as human resources are concerned) to ship top-notch products. Should I wait for a dip in price (week ? two weeks ?) or buy now and hope for a profitable quarter ?
