I just spoke with Dalton Dupasquier and he told me the following:

1. Company name change has been approved. New name will be Rondal (I think that I have the spelling correct).
2. The share rollback will take place (17 old for one new).
3. Essentially the entire agenda for the annual meeting was approved.
AND
4. That we may finally see some activity on the Trejo property in Mexico (where the trenching occurred in the Winter, with fairly decent results) sometime in the next few months. Apparently, their JV partner, Riley, has the money set aside to fund further drilling, but hasn't acted yet because of market repurcussions due to Bre-X.

We can expect a news release sometime in the next couple of days to confirm the above 1 to 3.
