Yeah know what you mean When I first started daytrading I could easily do 100+ trades a day - utterly amazing. However when I went back over my records I realized that I was paying out about 10k a month in commissions that was a bit sobering to see. Now I still daytrade maybe 10 trades a day but I definitely focus more on trading the swings. A wise man once wrote: "When Elliott is displaying a potentially explosive bullish move, and sentiment is negative. These setups are infrequent, but if I were more patient, I am convinced that I could make a good living just waiting for them and trading more aggressively when they present themselves."
