Did "Hard Green" address the idea of using Algae as a biomass source rather than corn? From what I've heard, it outproduces almost all other vegetable sources by an order of magnitude when it comes to converting sunlight to fuel.

I'll look around and see if I can find a copy of this. Appreciate the pointer.

Local library has a copy, checked out though. I agree that nuclear wins hands down long term. It is also the best source of energy I can see for the creation of hydrogen for mobile applications. Any energy not required for baseload can be divereted to hydrogen production. Then hydrogen peakers could help too.
