After all the good drill news, the price dropped another 25% today. My impression is that somebody got scared by the shareholder meeting agenda item to consider pre-approving a private placement of an additional 25% of shares. Since the president owns more than 13% of the outstanding shares, it didn't bother me too much. $.25 looked like a good price to me, especially since that already factors in the PP as if the company wouldn't have that much more cash.
