Hi Wolf, Do you know what the current number of outstanding shares fully diluted for DMX is at? Also with the latest news of DMX acquiring the rest of OXO Chemie AG, would it be in the shareholders best interest to have REK to give a stock swap with Dr. Khune or are there other avenues the company could pursue? Like a stock split if the share price were to increase in the near future. Also, how many shares does DMX have to issue before calling a shareholder's meeting to receive our approval or does management already have it? Tom
