Milo: No they are not. Fab 30 180nm process uses 100nm gates.

AMD's 130nm process uses 50nm gates.


I recall the current number for Fab30 being "<100nm", with Intel's "around 100nm".

For .13&#181, I recall 80nm for AMD and 70nm for Intel. Aren't these also the numbers that Dean listed in his comparison on RealWorldTech.com?
