Possible accounting fraud. It is unusual that such a small company would rouse such passion without a lot of stock-touting. Their lawsuit against eeeevil short-sellers is suspicious (and always a HUGE red flag). The fact that they also claim to have a huge contract with some Bulgarian insurance fund...a contract that no one seems able to verify, may be of concern to the bagholders.
