To me it looks like 80K shares were in the "float" in February.


As of February 28, 2001, the aggregate market value of the voting stock held by
non-affiliates of the registrant was approximately $ 160,000, and the number of
shares outstanding of the registrant's only class of common stock, $.001 par
value per share, was 500,000.


At this time, the company traded about $2 and the block of 418k shares remained in hands of the old management; further 2k are at the accounting co. (see earlier filings) and presumably the remaining 80k shares are counted in the float (which is now, after the split, 2.08 MM shares).
