Where were you when the oil executives were taking cuts in pay (some ceo's took no pay) and they had to lay off 1/3 of their staff just to survive. This was only 3 years ago. Idiot. There were plenty of reports about how CA was not looking to the future and taking on market risks with not hedging the energy requirements. Why do you think companies like dynergy played the other side. They knew the price of oil and gas could not keep going down. CA made another mistake by finally locking in long term ng contracts (just as the price was a record levels). They were greedy on the down side and now have to pay. Its there if one is smart enough to see and not blinded by prejudices. Your still not giving back your tax rebate. Face it your a hypocrite .
