Tommaso, I don't think this job will be bidded out in a $25 billion chunk. This will be built in sections, with several companies involved. Check out Ipsco, a Canadian company that reports in U.S. dollars and trades on the NYSE. It's fairly big, about a billion in sales and is profitable.
