Re: 7/31/01 - [IFTA] Red-faced IFTA forced to release Lycos and Raging Bull from lawsuit Recall that on June 25th IFTA issued a press release announcing it had filed a complaint against "Raging Bull.com" and "Lycos Terra Network, Inc" and "several individuals utilizing message boards for the purpose of posting various misleading and harmful information about Infotopia and its officers and directors." Problem is, neither of the two named entities actually legally exists. Had they sued "Raging Bull, Inc." and "Lycos, Inc. " (or did they mean to sue "Terra Lycos" or "Terra Networks"?) perhaps today's 2pm meeting might have actually taken place. Instead, both names are no longer associated with the lawsuit.
