I surely agree with that. You received an education at no cost.

I just never liked the current tax structure on capital gains compared carry forward capital losses. I actually was lucky in 1996 and 97 and maded a decent sum in the market. I had to pay my capital gains on that. Then I had the losses since 1998 and I can only deduct $3K per year. I can't change the law but I do not have to like it<G>

You are abolutely correct. Have you noticed most houses are listed as "homes for sale." House for sales sounds kind of cold so clearly it is a marketing ploy. Oh well...a little complaining on my part.

I do not know where you live but I believe the housing market is weak in this area which allows for a decent value on a house.
