TELV has the right product but has not been able to target their market yet. It seems they had an entry in the education market, but they lack follow through.

Each market has different sales organizations, targeting means following the distribution system that sells to schools. Targeting(getting to the right distributors) is hard work, the good doctor has to concentrate his efforts in addition to go to shows in NY or elsewhere.

Thin server and server farms is in. Thin client and distributed systems have not been explored yet. It has to go with thin server installation base.
