Phil, the grade averages 13.99 gpt for the Yellowknife Project. The share price may be low for many reasons. One reason could be the normal summer doldrums. Junior resource stocks generally languish during the summer.

Tyhee is typical of most Junior Resource stocks in that we have no revenue. The majority of CNDX junior stocks, in the resource business or high tech side are venture capital projects, and survive, thrive or suffer based on their financing capabilities. Most of us are perenially short of cash (or long on projects). Tyhee has managed a few financings and has moved forward, but continued progress always relies on further financings.

Bumbat is still on care and maintenance, and from time to time we receive inquiries from companies or individuals concerning the property. Over the past several years there have been several discussions regarding selling or purchasing our interest, or that of our partners. Obviously, nothing has ever been concluded, although in more than one instance these discussions advanced to a very serious level. This will most likely happen again, but we have no idea if a purchase or sale will ever be concluded.

Dave
