Do a search on google.com for "serena software" and you'll find quite a bit of stuff, including the BW article from last year that explained what the company was about. $20 was a good entry point, though, its hard to believe a few months ago it was $5!!!! and got above $35 within 90 days. Company is not sexy, but, have a very solid niche with steady growth of about 20%. Rumors have it that this quarter is going to be tough, they report this month. I for one don't think that corporations will eliminate the kind of spending that SRNA depends upon. Maintenance type expenditures are typically the last to get cut. Large new projects are much easier and more logical to delay.
