But the Tulatin only thumps the A4 by 30% plus on performance. I am sure that Dan3 and friends can present a distorted argument that shows the A4 has special sauce, making it a superior processor -- for something.

Edit: A couple posts after you Tony, Dan3 does just what I predicted. I did not know this when I wrote the original. But Dan is so predictable.
