Exactly. The "World Dollar Base" was developed by economist John Mueller. It's a conceptual advance over the useful but less inclusive Ms that most folks commonly quote. John's work is occasionally pub in the WSJ and other financial publications. Time to check on his latest read of the markets when I get a chance. Isopatch
