I have been looking to move to Du Page County....LU laid of THOUSANDS of people there.

I have viewed something like 30 houses year to date. Last weekend I went to 3 FSBOs, all three had contracted for new larger houses to be built, no offers on their existing properties and they wouldn't budge on pricing. One had to vacate within a month.

yes, I know they were fsbos and they get no real buyer traffic.
