I do not have the dollar dropping sharply until spring of next year, a slow decline will be construed as bullish for international operators (like high techs), and thus a small and gradual decline (not a precipitous fall, which I do not expect) will impact first profitability, and only much later one flow of funds (which will be negative), so the monster rally will no be impacted, IMTO, at least initially.
