Unfortunately the problem in this stock is related more to industry specific issues rather than company specific ones. Notice in the 10k under the "risks" heading when the company mentions that it is standard for companies to "over-order" during times of thin supply (when companies are on allocation). As such, analyst estimates grow to reflect these "phantom" orders. This is specifically why SEGATE has had to pre-release it's quarter for the SECOND time. I am still a supporter of JTS, and I can only hope that part of the problems that the majors are having is a direct result of JTS's competitive pressure. I also continue to believe that the laptop segment of the market will continue to grow at a rate that will exceed the growth rate of the general PC market. I'm still a holder of JTS. In the mean time, I short companies like RDRT & INVX. Companies who are key component suppliers to the likes of SEG, WDC, QNTM. - Ridgeway
