By the US Constitution it is the only body of government that has the authority to determine/interpret the intent of the Framers. The USSC decides how the constitution will be interpreted by the US government. However these statements are not infallible. If they interpret it wrong then that wrong interpretation will have the power of law but it will still be wrong. Tim
