lol, try knowx.com or ussearch.com Most PI's will can get a credit report for you pretty cheap too. If you're looking at houses in the 100k ish range it may not be worth the PI, but if you're over a quarter million and and down to a few properties you really like it may be worthwhile to really maximize your leverage (as I assume this is what you're trying to do). -dave
