Prices spiked last summer when the impeached Boy Blunder was still prez. They continued to spike last Fall. I see that failed CA Guv Davis refused to buy long when prices were low and just locked CA into LT prices well above the current market! No wonder Davis is the most despised politician in CA outside of Dem icon Condit.
