Yeah I think that is one of the main concerns. History tells us that the management team know how to develope drugs that are worth millions. I am not sure how history tells us how management treat shareholders but if they control 50.1% or more then they should want the stock price to go up. Some people would also be concerned if they held little stock. I think because this is a penny stock it would take a bunch of positive news for the street to take notice. At least they are in an industry that is really hot right now, if they develope a new drug that gets news attention then this can zoom way up. For me as long as they trade below cash level(+recieveable lawsuit) I will be either holding or buying . Good Luck, John
