He seems to have tried his level best to be a compassionate leader, with innovations to improve Cuban society; without all of the purges which have dominated, Russia, China, North Korea, Thailand, etc. He still failed, as Cuba has lived off of Russian largess for 30 yrs now. Ted was stating it was Russian dictators who were the problems. Communism seems to be the problem.
