what's huge? this has always been the case - they only had 1/3 interest until this was okayed - so I've assumed since day 1 that they would have 30MM shrs out and given that it's a $300M deposit (that's just a number today) - this should be a $10 to ? stock one day - but t has to go thru the pilot phase and then teasing the majors - if the teasing hasn't already started
