Just a big long basing period here with lousy bearish investor sentiment slowly-gradually improving. That last warnings season was perhaps that bottom. Today the Gurus on Wall Street told us the worst is over. And it probably is. Without the Naz ever retesting the 1650-1850 lows the bears have been calling for. Now that will probably never happen. I'm holding my techs and might buy more on any dips. Also holding oil as Bush pledges to bring prices back up again. Thanks a lot GW.
