last year at this time i spent 3 months investigating ness energy int. before i was to invest in it for the 4th time in several years. i called, faxed, emailed, and searched on the internet for people who thought they could not be found. i called the state of israel oil commission, there was not much cooperation there, everyone was closed mouthed, except one undersecretary, and he gave me the phone number and fax number to the man in charge of ness's activities in israel, he would never respond. i then, in reading ness's press releases called twice morinoak int. in great yarmouth, england. i talked to mike smith the man in charge of the company [they are a big company, you can find them on the internet]. evidently when hayseed stephens brought the oil rig from austria, or was it from denmark [the ness people could never figure it out] in november of 1999, he, stephens told mike smith to refurbish it, so the morinoak people did. that was the last that they ever saw of stephens, he never paid them and never contacted them, they then sold the rig themselves to get back their costs. mike smith told me that stephens was one of the most dishonest men he had ever met and that he was 'economical with the truth'. if you investors will take careful notice, for years now stephens has been promising the 'spud in date' but it is always delayed again and again. my conclusions are that there is no oil rig and there is no well. i have personaly been in contact with dr. noah hutchings of southwest radio church, because stephens has been after him to allow him air time, i gave dr. hutchings all of my research and findings. he said that stephens had been after him to be put on the air, but after the drill broke off and a lot of people lost a lot of money he was reticent in allowing anyone back on the radio program, and after i presented him my findings and told him to check everything out himself, well you will notice that stephens has never been on that program again. also take notice that the press releases from the first part of 2000 about morinoak int, and the oil rig they were repairing strangely dropped from the press releases in about april/may, no oil rig, no drilling, no oil. you investors decide, i will not be writting here again. |
