Ten price drop ? Don't forget that amd's market share is only 20%. The extra sales are less than 2 million chips. Market can easily absorb 2 million chips given sufficient price incentive. Even if not all 2 mil are sold then the increase in inventories should be much smaller than 2 mil. BTW 2mil corresponds to less than a month worth of inventories. Intel on another hand can perform the same trick because market would not absorb 10 million chips that easily Regards -Albert
