Interesting RB comments from someone who manages $ for his congregation. My views toward you are my personal opinion nothing else. I had no other identity on this board. I am responsible for 100's of millions of dollars being invested. Our position in ACTV is rather small considering the size of our invested dollars. I happen to have the ability to talk to the right people because of our affiliate. Its my belief that ACTV has some very intersting patents. If you do your homework as I have you will see that the Disney suit is an important suit but it only covers 3 of the 20 patents ACTV has. You will also learn that none of the patents in this suit have anything to do with the Digital Adco business. My primary reason for owning this stock is because of Digital Adco. From what i've been able to find out in relation to Disney is, Disney is praying for one thing (no pun intended)that the courts throw the case out which from what I know is highly unlikely. This part of the case comes up in next four weeks. If case goes forward as I expect it's my belief Disney will settle rather quickly. It cost Disney very little to see if case moves forward. If case moves forward I believe Disney will settle quickly as it doesn't need the negative publicity. The press about ITV is moving very slow is also a media myth. The only thing slowed down by advance digital cable boxes is those services which need a browser. The digital cable box rollout is actually ahead of schedule. This plays right into ACTV. Some companys need advance and those companys have real problems. We try to find companys that can make a real social change in society and when someone showed me digital Adco it was quite compelling, almost like getting color tv. Once we felt the privacy issues weren't a problem we got involved. I first learned about it through AT&T. There is one thing I know for sure and that is I do my homework and if you stay the course eventually things go in your direction. If you care to want to listen to what I consider myself to be a sensible man or listen to the poison of someone who finds satisfaction in telling you how stupid and ignorant you are. It really troubles me how someone claims to be invested and only has negative feedback to this board. Some may think I'm nuts but look at the post and see who makes the most sense. Don't judge a person for wishing his pain. I judge him on his actions.
