Thank you for bringing so many valid points. I can add only CNBC or any station involved in heavy promotion of stocks should have a banner across the screen "THIS IS PAID PROGRAM", Congress should concentrate their hearings on this.

Forget about investigating it. They should just shut the show down. Nobody would miss it except the most stupid of investors and they don't need to watch it anyway.
