That would only be if there were a fine to be paid and since there is not your point is moot Yes, I remember now, instead of paying the fine you chose lifetime banishment from NASD. Smart choice. After all, paying your debt to society would have allowed you to participate in the greatest bull market of our lifetime. But I'm sure collecting soda cans is much more to your liking.
