Yesterday was strange also. Some traded at 4 1/16. Then fell back
to ASKED 4. I bought at 4 at that time. As soon as my trade was executed the ASKED moved to 4 1/16. I had bought all that was offered at 4 at that time and I thought it was sure to move up. Nobody bought at 4 1/16 after my trade. This was approx 11.15am EDT. Then loads of
stock was offered all day long and to-day at 4. The BID has not moved
down for days. Hope this helps somebody analyze what is going on.
I figured if the Chairman bought 5000 back in May things are going to be fine. The same guy bought 7,000 at $3.88 in October. He represents an entity holding 844,747 shares. The other insider trade this year was a Director who bought her initial holdings, 5000 shares. Remember way back, when the group that the Chairman represents bought in, it was "to seek ways to enhance the value of the stock".
