Hmmmm. 256MB PC133 is now $19. Back in late March, 256MB PC800 was $306. SDRAM is now 16 times cheaper than RDRAM was back then!!!

Heck yeah, it makes sense to compare prices of today's RDRAM to prices of memory from some time in the past, but you're not going nearly far enough back. You should compare RDRAM to the prices of something from a real long time ago. Yeah! RDRAM is much cheaper than mercury delay line memory! I predict that RDRAM will totally replace the mercury delay line memory market!
