I think both you and Mr. Metcalf's points are valid and probably more accurate than mine....however, with the majority interest and the amount of cash in hand, plus the annuities to yr 2000, they can do as they please disreguarding the stock price..... Why is it in their interest to see the stock price higher? Yes, the volume has been insignificant but it has had a bias on the sell side since I have been following @ .36 several months ago. I find the strong fundamentals both present and future, coupled with the weak transactions for the last few months, is reason enough to question who is selling and why......even though it is negligible!
