It might Jeff, don't know, we'll see, I'm not bullish, I think it's all a hype job, just trading here. Economic Data : Jobless claims fell 23K to 346K in the July 28 week vs the consensus of 390K. This is the third straight large decline, bringing claims down over 100K in just three weeks. Believe it? We don't. The mid-400K numbers of a few weeks ago probably overstated the trend, but today's number just as certainly understates it. We seriously doubt that there has been any significant improvement in the labor market yet, and tomorrow's Employment Report should confirm that.
