I see that the ECB decided to leave interest rates unchanged.

Another turd in the punchbowl for the .50 August rate cut crowd.

The ticker says "Huge" rally in store for technology shares" though.

Futures are trading a fair amount over fair value already, the spot will have to increase 12 pts SPX and 26 pts NDX just to get the futures out of program buy range.
