Your interpretation correlates well with my understanding of accumulated deficit. It also explains Mr. Morrell's statement regarding MIOA's current debt position. After speaking with him, I came away with a good feeling about this man's ability to understand and lead this company to profitability (already demonstrated last quarter). He has exciting plans for MIOA and I would encourage you to call him if you have any doubts about MIOA's future success. I continue to remain long on this stock. The stock price is still being manipulated by at least one Reg S trader. If you check the company's latest publication you will note that one individual is litigating for improper share conversions. My broker told me that he was quoted as saying that he would "make the stock worthless." His efforts will probably be effective at keeping MIOA's stock price artificially low for awhile but I doubt he will be successful after two additional quarters of profitability. The dividend pay out may force him to cover as well. I believe patience will be rewarded on this one.
