Jim, The "amazing HYDRO-ELECTRICITY COMPANY" turns out to be Del Cerro Enterprises, Inc (OTCBB:DCRO). I just started looking at it a few minutes ago, but already I see that its latest 10-Q, filed on July 18, 2001, contains a balance sheet that does not balance. Not that this matters, since its total assets were reported as $203.00. An article about this promotional program will be published on www.securitiessleuth.com within the next few minutes, and updated during the day as I find additional information.
