Could be, but I've been observing these strong situations being neglected more than once this year before roaring higher: MR, certainly YMC. Unless these companies can prove up a multi-million ounce, double digit operating cost story after a half dozen holes they get ignored or even sold. Awful lot of people trying to trade little 30% moves. What's the point with that? The concept of a fat tail reward isn't even a consideration apparently.
