Elliot- As far as I know, Osicom is not involved in the Motorola Satallite deal... that doesn't mean that they aren't. If my memory serves me correctly, one of the new directors was heading up the corporate finance department at one of the major investment houses (I believe Smith Barney or Bear Steans). I can get back to you with a more precise answer in a few days.
