Hi Dennis, I try to trade my vanguard-401K a few times a year..but the K a/c is not large. I do have admiral shares in the regular a/cs...I don't trade much coz I don't have the index-only&growth-only funds. We have Wellington, Windsor(s), star..& a few others(energy..bonds). Are you interested in I-bonds? As for Amat - I sorta miss my old position and would like to build another one slowly....The old one started in May and ended on July expiry. I often had 700 short/600 long with options attached to them...I just traded the box and I netted over $18K. Not much but it was a pleasant "stables" for the 3 months period.
