If I am understanding it correctly, the option exchange program is a de facto resetting of top manangement's options to lower exercise prices. In my view, no, that is not good. It retains employees by rewarding them for sub par results. These guys have a couple more quarters to show me they can execute. If not, tax loss selling time.
