I've checked the Majority of the national chains. Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, SAM's, OfficeMax, etc. I've collected direct, first hand data.

What other information source would you suggest?

Especially when you consider that Intel is afraid to let anyone know how low their share has dropped, and how low their unit volume level has fallen.
