Sex as I said earlier is the number 1 finest experience two people can share with one another when it is fully legitemized for them.

We are still in agreement on this.

There are people who don't think going steady as you have defined it obligates them to enter into a full sexual relationship so you can label them "prude, "goody two shoes," etc.

I've been paying pretty close attention to this discussion and I never heard anyone here advocating sport sex or putting a slut on a pedestal. Everyone was arguing for responsibility.

We didn't, however, discuss prudes, so I don't know what everyone else thinks about that. My opinion, though, is that no steadies are "obligated" to have sex. If they choose chastity, that's just fine with me although I wouldn't recommend it. The way you get to be a prude, IMO, is when you are unwilling to accept those couples that have responsible and caring sexual relationships outside of marriage as within the boundaries of "decent."
