Somehow gas prices have dropped $.20 cents in the past couple of weeks here in San Diego. Right in the middle of the peak travel season. Right when refineries are running at 100% capacity and still not being able to meet demand. Right when people began waking up and taking a peek at who was really behind the "Energy Crisis". Conservation? Nah. We just need to drill more.
